Halie is a spayed female mixed breed. We think she is a beagle/spaniel or beagle/border collie mix. She weighs about 17 pounds and will stay small. She was born around September 2007 and was abandoned with her sister and 3 brothers. She enjoys attention and playing with other dogs.
